Mark Dormer - Founder / Director
A Ba(hons) graduate from Napier University (Edinburgh), with a strong focus on Monetary Economics and Global Finance, Mark has been a regulated investment advisor and asset manager in Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK since the '90s. He has global accreditations and managed individual and institutional client assets in excess of
USD 2 billion at any given time, holding key placements in DBS Private Bank, Bank of Singapore and HSBC before directing investments for Family Offices in Europe and Asia.
Mark also has an accreditation from M.I.T. focussed on crypto-assets, and has been actively monitoring and researching the sector since 2013, in addition to running a diversified crypto portfolio since 2018.
He now lives in Scotland with his wife and children.
David Nesbitt – Director
David is a highly skilled and respected regulated officer in Hong Kong, with a Ba in Economics from the University of Manitoba, Canada, and MBA from Queens University, Canada. His career has seen him in Regional Director and Advisor positions for such companies as HSBC Private Bank, American Express, CIBC, Black Castle Ltd and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. In addition to these positions he is regularly a guest lecturer at Hong Kong University, London Business School and Columbia Business School.
Further to his professional responsibilities, David loves spending time with his family in Hong Kong and founded the Nesbitt Centre, which provides real world support and experience for over 50 international Special Needs young adults in Hong Kong.
Callan Anderson – Director
Callan is a highly experienced operations and business development leader with over 20 years in corporate, fiduciary and commercial services. He has a career across both commercial and non-governmental organizations and has built business providing corporate structuring, virtual CFO functions, accounting and legal management and market entry.
He has an international network of clients and contacts and a demonstrable track record of success in conducting business across the globe.
